Keyboard for military ascender

Mekoprint specializes in solutions for tough environments, typical for environments in which the military, navy and special forces operate.

Requirements for developing a rubber keypad:

• 3D curved keyboard with backlight and function light
• Resistant 10m under seawater
• Operational up to 1,5m under water

The result is a special waterproof rubber keypad with well-defined and controlled actuation force for underwater operation. LEDs, constrained light diffusion on battery indicator and wide diffusion on backlight are added to the solution.
