Keyboard for Military ascender

Requirements for developing a rubber keypad:

• 3D curved keyboard with backlight and function light
• Resistant 10m under seawater
• Operable 1,5m under water

The result is a special waterproof rubber keypad with well defined and controlled actuation force for underwater operation. LEDs, constrained light diffusion on battery indicator and wide diffusion on backlight are added to the solution.
