ITO patterning

Mekoprint has years' experience in and a complete production line for the patterning of ITO and other transparent conductive oxides on flexible substrates (for instance plastic films or foils). 

Patterning of substrates with customized conducting areas are used in a variety of applications including capacitive touch screens and OPV (Organic Photovoltaic) research and production.

Mekoprint has competencies within engineering services, roll-to-roll (R2R) screen-printed etch resist and R2R etching. The final product can be delivered on sheets for small batches or on reel for large batches, prepared for R2R production.

Typical customers are research institutes and companies within organic, functional electronics such as OPV, OLED (organic light emitting diodes), display technologies or touch solutions.
