High and uniform quality
Mechanics specializes in the production of cabinets, front panels and chassis
parts in e.g. aluminium and stainless steel. By means of CAD/CAM equipment and
a CNC-controlled production, Mechanics is able to provide a high and uniform
quality at all times - even when running large batches.
Mechanics also provides laser-cutting, mounting with the use of self-clinching fastners,
and practically every form of press detail.
Customer-specific tools
For large series where the tools costs are minimal in relation to the quantity,
Mechanics offers punching in fixed tools, which can be customized in our own workshop.
Mechanics has the capacity - and the competences - to punch and bend the items
directly from coil. This gives significant savings on the finished products as
well as a high degree of flexibility throughout the entire process.
Surface treatment and finishing
Mechanics is able to offer a wide variety of options for the surface treatment
and finishing of items.
