Mechanics has more than 20 years' of experience in the processing of aluminium
items. This experience is a great advantage when it comes to fulfilling our
customers' extensive quality requirements. Mechanics makes use of state-of-the-art
production equipment - including horizontal and vertical CNC milling machinery,
which facilitates the manufacture of exceedingly complex items to be used in e.g.
space aviation, satellites and the medical industry.
Items without burrs
Mechanics also has at its disposal effective deburring equipment. This enables
Mechanics to supply items which more than comply with today's increasing demands
for items without burrs. On top of this, Mechanics also undertakes cosmetic
honing or brushing of aluminium profiles.
Quality control
The Mechanics control tools include two 3D coordinate measuring machines (Zeiss)
as well as various other measuring and control tools. This enables Mechanics to
supply accurate documentation for tolerances etc. for the individual product -
all in accordance with our customers' requirements and needs.
